Gwen Stefani is all smiles as she leaves for a doctor's appointment at Cedars-Sinai Hospital on Saturday morning in Los Angeles. Stefani, 45, was spotted talking with a doctor as she departed the building.
Gwen tried to hide her hands underneath a flannel shirt but one could easily notice that she was not wearing her wedding ring.
In case you have missed it, the No Doubt frontwoman was seen publicly the previous morning for the first time after filing for divorce from her husband Gavin Rossdale. Gwen was still wearing her wedding ring.
